Business listings are listed alpha by cost of ads. Highest paid ad's are first, followed by lower costing ad's. Do I need to purchase an ad on WeddingManor.com? No. WeddingManor.com offers a FREE listing as well as paid ads. How do I place my listing on WeddingManor.com? Click on Add Your Listing and fill out our short form. When will my listing be added to the WeddingManor.com? Each and every web site is viewed by our office staff and when it has been approved it will be listed in the category that you specify. Within 30 days. How do I upgrade my listing? You can submit your information with payment information or call us at our toll free number and we can take the information over the phone. How do I keep my listing current? In our Vendor Management Area you can keep your information current, upgrade, read vendor tips and how toos. Why should I have more than a free listing? A free listing allows brides to contact you via telephone. With an ad, your web site is a direct link so you can sell your services before the bride goes anywhere else. (plus it is easier to "click" than to call.) What are "HOT LEADS"? Hot Leads are what paid listings ($89 and $100) receive when they link back to WeddingManor.com. A bride registers her wedding information, the bride will respond to a confirmation email that we send her, the category and travel area will have to match the vendor, then the vendors will receive a "HOT LEAD" from the WeddingManor.com with all her wedding information. HOT LEADS can also be downloaded into Excel. How Do I receive "HOT LEADS"? How a Vendor receives HOT LEADS. 1. Your email must be a good email. (Vendors with bad emails will be removed from our system.) 2. You must have a link back to WeddingManor.com somewhere on your web site. (this is our ONLY requirement) 3. Only paid listings $89 or $100 will receive HOT Leads. 4. The bride responds to a confirmation email that we send. 5. The brides requests for information MATCHES your main category. 6. Brides wedding location is within your travel area. 7. Only when the above 6 items match, you will receive a HOT LEAD. Why have my HOT LEADS stopped? Since all of our HOT LEADS, vendor news, and web site changes are sent to you via email, it is very important that you keep your email address current. If your HOT LEADS come back to our mail servers, we place your wedding listing on "hold". We manually try to find a current email from your web site and if we do not find one, your listing will be removed from WeddingManor.com. Keeping your email current is very easy to do. Log-in to our Vendor Management Area and update your listing. Simple as 1-2-3. I want to use an auto-responder. What should it say? When you put together your email or autoresponder, keep in mind that you have seen more weddings than the bride has. She is looking for help, guidance, and lots of it. No matter what point in the planning process she is, there is allot of planning to do. Think of how much information a bride takes home with her after attending a bridal show. How much information does she receive when she signs up at a bridal web site or directory? Your information has to stand out above it all! You only have 15 seconds to catch someone's attention. When more brides visit the WeddingManor.com, brides see your business, a better chance for you to sell them your services/products. I don't see a category for what I sell?
